Henry, what a delightful comment to receive. I loved reading this. I often find myself critiquing New Age thinking where it goes awry. For me the balance is always to steer it back to a place of wisdom, not jettison the entire field as some kind of snake oil. It's not. But we often take pieces of wisdom and use them in ways that reflect a certain understanding, based on our level of consciousness, and we can later look back and see where we were using it ways that did harm or didn't really honor the wisdom.

Turning to the wisdom in your comments, I love how you plunder the paradox of dual and non-dual, of how our beliefs can heal and harm. It is indeed all sacred, all of it, and I love the expression of " life-ing," especially as a way of looking at our cells and organisms. Indeed, as you put it, it's ultimately about not judging any of it, but holding it all as sacred, even if it also painful or disappointing, or a joyful moment of intercreation, to quote you again, inspired by your comment. Thank you so much for your engagement -- made my weekend.
