Can I offer one suggestion? Ask if you need the caveats ("It sounds airy-fairy" or "it gets a little cringey"). If you do, perhaps make the caveat about you ("I find this a little cringey") or as one possible point of view ("if this sounds airy-fairy to you, stay with me). That avoids making universal the perspective that these things are “woo woo.”
