What a fantastic article -- a real pleasure to read. We have several Bialetti moka pots, but transitioned away from aluminum to stainless steel models. It took a while to find one that was comparable in quality. Nothing quite compares to the intense brew that comes out of a moka pot. Thank you for this homage to Bialetti.
